IIntroduction - Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct and ethics for AUP - Australia united party established to instill and maintain the faith and trust placed in AUP by the Australian public and members to bring about constitutional, democratic, ethical and moral standards for which AUP and all members stand by and is conditional and applicable for all members of AUP.

The Code of Conduct clarifies the standards of behavior that are expected of all members of
AUP - Australia united party established in the performance of their duties. It gives guidance in areas where members need to make constitutional, democratic, personal and ethical decisions.

At the time of being accepted as a Member of AUP all members are required to stand firm by this code of conduct and at no time deviate from this code, which will result in immediate termination from AUP without exception:

1. A new direction. A new Dawn for Australia.

1.1 Power to we the people with the return to a true genuine Constitutional, democratic process, protocols and procedures and referendums on matters of national consequence.

1.2 The introduction and legislation of "Citizens Initiated Referendums "CIR" to ensure the Australian public of their democratic inclusion and involvement and voices being heard in our political process in Australia..

1.3 Section 128 of the Australian constitution.
The very concept of representative government and representative democracy signifies "government
by the people through their representatives". Translated into constitutional terms, it denotes that the sovereign power which "resides in the people is exercised on their behalf by their representatives".

The Constitution brought into existence a system of representative government in which the elected representatives to exercise sovereign power on "behalf of the Australian people”.

AUP shall stand by and honor the original Australian Constitution in reference to “We the People” and uphold the “Constitutional Democratic Rights” of Australians.

1.4 Demonstrate honesty, integrity transparency and humanity and observe the principles of AUP avoiding all discriminatory practices including those relating to race, sex, religion and politics.

1.5 AUP Reputation Not injure or attempt to injure, maliciously or recklessly, directly or indirectly, the professional reputation of AUP or others.

1.6 Confidentiality of Information Respect the confidentiality of information that comes to them in the course of their duties.

1.7 Managerial Competence Engage in continued learning to improve managerial competence and pursue new ideas and advances in technology.
1.7.1 Accept only such work, as they believe they are competent to perform and as necessary obtain expert advice.

1.8 To respect the codes of other institutes and associations relevant to their responsibilities. Have respect and regard for the interests of the Australian public and society in acting loyally and honestly in carrying out the policies of AUP.

1.9 When called upon to give a professional opinion, do so objectively as possible.

1.10 Parliamentary Entitlements All serving AUP members shall lead by example and not be entitled to and decline all and any use of tax payer funds in relation to meal allowances, telephone usage, car allowances etc ​that are not in line with the expectations of the Australian public.

1.11
 Parliamentary Superannuations All serving AUP members shall lead by example and not be entitled to or accept any personal superannuation payments that are not in line with the expectations of the Australian public.

1.12 Misrepresentation To not intentionally or deliberately lie deceive or mislead the Australian public in the course of official duties & responsibilities within AUP and government.

​1.13 Committee Member Appointments All appointments of positions held within AUP state branches are to be conducted under a democratic voting process involving all paid members of the state branch and cannot be appointed nor replaced by any committee member within that specific state branch without first conducting said vote involving all paid members of that branch.
